This letter is to testify to the exceptional work Credeco has done in renovating our block of flats.

Our building, a large, Victorian property converted into ten flats, was in a shocking state after years of neglect and poor quality redecorations. Martin assessed the requirements of the project, explained the complications that would be involved and made numerous suggestions as to the best way to achieve the results we wanted. He swiftly provided a clear and comprehensive schedule of work along with a highly competitive quotation.

Before, during and after the project Martin and his team were friendly, helpful and responsive to new requirements as they emerged. As new challenges presented themselves (and there were a number of those!) he and his team met them with good humour and dedication. Martin would always go the extra yard to achieve the best possible result – for example, he went to extraordinary lengths to procure a quantity of the obscure textured paint which covers our building, when all the other contractors I had approached said they would simply improvise a solution which would not match the existing finish.

His team was fantastically hard working and efficient, working every day on the project from start to finish to ensure it was completed on time. The quality of the end result is beyond anything I expected given the starting point from which Martin was working. Credeco did a remarkable job. Their workmanship and their customer service have been outstanding and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
