This to report on a reinstatement project carried out for us in September 2002, by the company Credeco.

We moved from a 5-story office in New Oxford Street and were required to have the whole place redecorated. This involved repairing several hundred shelving screws holes in the plaster walls; reinstating the “marble” finish in the entrance foyer; making good the gloss work on all the doors and architraves; painting the entire fire exit stairwell; cleaning the window ledges between double glazing; and of course repainting with emulsion all the walls and lift foyers. The overall area was approximately 10,000 square feet with walls at a height of 12ft.

Credeco finished the job on schedule and on budget. They cleared all the dust and working debris from the site, and were amenable to slight changes to the agreed contract specifications. They were a positive and cooperative firm to deal with.

The work was of a very high quality, with good attention to detail. The price was also extremely competitive.
