Just a note to thank you and your team for a splendid job you have done on our house alterations.

2. For the team to arrive in enthusiastic spirits and depart in the same good humour. The personal chemistry with your team works very well.

3. Above all your team abound with imitative and are able to anticipate what the finished job should look like. I have been tossing ideas at you, not all of them well thought out, and you have responded by presenting me with highly professional, aesthetically designed and very pleasing end products, incorporating innovations that would never have occurred to me. You have taken the job just that leap further.
